This must be purchased if you are ordering from outside of the United States of America. This shopping cart does not do foreign postage correctly. Shipping up to 2 pounds of weight globally can cost  $79.00. I will refund the money not used back to you through PayPal minus the $4.00 handling fees I charge to box the item up and print the customs declarations. So if shipping is $50.00, I will charge you $54.00 and then refund the difference-$46.00--through PayPal back to you.
