This is from Systemic for helping you achieve a resful night's sleep. This formula contains tryptophan, melatonin, GABA, passion flower, astragalus, st. johns wart, devils claw, valerian root and  more. It is recommended to start with 2 capsules and if you did not have a very restful night then use 3 capsules as 3 usually always works. Then after you have been using 3 capsules you'll want to reduce back down to 2 capsules. The reason you started with 2 is that if 2 capsules worked really well you could reduce down to one capsule sooner. It is best if you only take sleep aids when you have at least 8 hours to rest, cutting the time short will possibly make you groggy (all morning). The FDA has not evualated these statements and you will take this every night at bedtime. And remember to avoid bright lights and smart devices at least one hour prior to sleeping.
