These sets of products are not kept in stock and are dropped shippped after being made--these are not stocked by the manufacturer and are made on an as ordered basis. The set comes with empty gell capsules and you can fill each longer half of the capsule with 3/4 dropper of each tincture, cap them and then swallow them before 90 seconds--the caps dissolve and you will have a mess to clean up. You can also take the droppers directly by opening your mouth and putting the tincutures directly inot your mouth. This formula is usuially soo important I listed it twice on my website.
